We make it our mission to attract talented people, those with a willingness and desire to progress. The culture at CorrBoard focuses on continuous improvement in quality, safety and service. Supporting this, we provide professional development at all levels of the business.
Placing great emphasis on training, at CorrBoard we want our team to become the best they can be. This gives us the confidence to offer trusted board from talented people to all of our customers.
Managing Director
Despite being relatively new to the corrugated market, Matthew has worked in the paper industry for more than 25 years.
With overall responsibility for the success of CorrBoard (no pressure!), Matthew is committed to delivering for the benefit of everyone involved: our customers, our partners who own the business, and our employees.
His biggest priority is to be the most responsible, flexible and reliable sheet feeder in the UK. This is supported by the company-wide mission to deliver on time, in full and at quality.
When he’s not at work, Matthew likes to go to the gym and can also be found playing some of his favourite tunes on his guitar.
Sales Director
When asked how long he has been in the industry, Paul says ‘longer than I care to remember’.
Despite this, he really does have a passion for cardboard and with a responsibility for all sales activities at the business, is often found out and about meeting with our customers and prospects.
His biggest priority for the business is to become the ‘go to’ supplier in the corrugated sheet feeding market.
When he’s not at work, Paul enjoys spending time with friends and family, keeping fit and exploring new places during weekends away.
Operations Director
With more than 35 years’ experience in the packaging sector, it should come as no surprise that Lee’s priority is to maintain and enhance safety on site, while also improving quality and production.
At the same time, Lee puts just as much emphasis on mentoring and leading managers and operators in best practice.
With a focus on professional development, he knows that with greater skill comes more opportunity and a better service for customers.
When he’s not at work, Lee likes to walk his dog and ride his motorbikes – but not at the same time! He has been known to restore classic motorbikes when he has the time.
Business Development Manager
When Steph joined CorrBoard over 12 years ago, she set out on a career of exploration and professional development.
Having worked in Logistics, Customer Service, Planning and now Sales, she has gained a genuine insight into the business and how it functions. Using this knowledge, Steph applies her experience to the customer journey, guiding them through the process and answering any questions they may have.
She also uses the skills she’s learned both from work and at home (she has an almost seven-year-old!) to negotiate internally on the customers behalf to deliver the desired outcomes – or at least a compromise.
When she’s not at work, or negotiating with her daughter, Steph enjoys walking, reading, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
HR Manager
Having worked for CorrBoard for more than eight years, Amanda has a good understanding of the business and its journey. Looking back, the company has come a long way and much of that has come from developing a strong culture amongst the team.
As HR Manager, Amanda provides support and structure to the team. With a mission to build and maintain a healthy, thriving work environment for all colleagues, she believes that through empowerment and advocating for skills development and confidence building she can encourage everyone to meet with their potential. Ultimately, Amanda wants to create a positive work environment where everyone feels valued.
When she’s not at work, Amanda likes to spend time in her garden – although she confesses that she is far from green fingered. Plants aside, she also likes to walk her dogs!
Commercial Manager
With nearly three decades of experience in the industry, Jonathan (Jonty) has worked in production, operations and commercial positions.
As Commercial Manager for CorrBoard, a position he has held for 4 years, he works alongside Matthew, Lee and Paul to effectively control budgets for capital expenditure, manning levels, raw materials including identification of shortfalls and planned corrective actions. Through continually developing strategies, he works to meet with the objectives of the business and drive its profitability.
With a mission to drive the short, medium, and long-term success of the business, there is rarely a dull moment for Jonty.
When he’s not at work, he likes to walk his dog and is actively involved with Featherstone Lions, a rugby league club in West Yorkshire.

Her focus is on building strong, long-term relationships with customers, while empowering her team with the confidence and skills to do the same.

Customer Service Administrator
As a Customer Service Administrator for CorrBoard, Siobhan’s mission is to make sure that customers are happy with the service they are receiving and that they find it easy to talk to the team about any issues that they may have. In addition to her role in Customer Service, Siobhan is also learning about auditing.
Her main responsibilities include processing orders, making sure customers are satisfied with the service they are receiving and tackling any challenges that they may have.
When she’s not at work, Siobhan has several hobbies including going to the gym, walking, scrapbooking, painting, cooking and exploring new places. And, once she’s done all that, she enjoys a glass of red wine (we don’t blame her!).
